•⁠  ⁠Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

•⁠  ⁠No-shows may result in forfeiture of any advance payment or booking deposit.

•⁠  ⁠Certain services, memberships, packages, promotional offers, or peak-time bookings may require an advance payment to confirm the appointment.

•⁠  ⁠Advance payments are refundable only if cancellation is made within the allowed cancellation period.

•⁠  ⁠Payments made for completed salon services are generally *non-refundable*.

•⁠  ⁠If you are dissatisfied with a service, please inform us within *48 hours* of your appointment. We will review the concern and may offer a correction, redo, service credit, or partial refund at our discretion.

•⁠  ⁠Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within *7–10 business days*, subject to banking timelines.

•⁠  ⁠Memberships, prepaid packages, and promotional bundles are generally *non-refundable and non-transferable*, unless otherwise required by law or specifically stated in writing.
