Appointments
• Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled up to *24 hours before the scheduled time* without any charge.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• No-shows may result in forfeiture of any advance payment or booking deposit.
Advance Payments
• Certain services, memberships, packages, promotional offers, or peak-time bookings may require an advance payment to confirm the appointment.
• Advance payments are refundable only if cancellation is made within the allowed cancellation period.
Refunds
• Payments made for completed salon services are generally *non-refundable*.
• If you are dissatisfied with a service, please inform us within *48 hours* of your appointment. We will review the concern and may offer a correction, redo, service credit, or partial refund at our discretion.
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within *7–10 business days*, subject to banking timelines.
Memberships & Packages
• Memberships, prepaid packages, and promotional bundles are generally *non-refundable and non-transferable*, unless otherwise required by law or specifically stated in writing.
• Expiry dates, usage limits, and branch applicability (if any) will be communicated at the time of purchase.
